1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Filo. You may hold only one account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login secure.

You agree to provide genuine photos and information. Impersonation, fake profiles and misrepresentation are not permitted.

3. Community conduct

You agree not to harass, threaten, defraud, or share unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content with other members.

Soliciting money, advertising, spam and attempts to move members off-platform to circumvent our safety features are prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Paid features are billed through your app store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Member-hosted events (Gatherings)

Gatherings are created and hosted by members. They are not organised, vetted or verified by Filo, and we are not responsible for what happens at them. Attend at your own risk, meet in public, and use Safety Check-In before you go.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer

Filo provides a platform to meet people but does not conduct criminal background checks and does not guarantee the conduct of any member. Always meet new people safely and in public.
